Payment Option Details:

After your confirmation we will send you a booking confirmation form, which has to be filled in and send back to us by fax or Email.

At this stage we will ask you a deposit of 25% of the total amount to be transferred to our bank account. Upon arrival in Egypt ,we will ask you ,prior departure of the tour , the rest due, will be paid by cash to our representative who will meet you .

Please note that all packages of look At Egypt tours

 Include all taxes but not include the bank transfer taxes. so please make sure that you pay the transfer according to your bank regulations otherwise you will be subjected 10%transsfer charge upon arrival.

Cancellation

Cancellation should be received in writing document by fax or email .

If you cancelled your reservation the following fees will be applies:

The more notice that the company receives ,the less the company will charge the client.

More than 45 calendar days in advance of the scheduled departure or commencement time ,you will be charged 0%.of the cancellation fee.

Between 30 and 20 calendar days in advance of the scheduled departure or commencement time ,you will be charged a 50% of cancellation fee.

Within 20-02 calendar days of the scheduled departure or commencements time you will be charged 100 % of cancellation fee

Please note that also:

In case of Domestic flight or sleeper train tickets, have no refund ,,airlines and Egypt railway may impose 100% cancellation charge.

Refunds:

A refund will normally be made to the  same account using the same method as the original payment.

Children policy:

1 year is free of charge-

-02 -5 25 %of the total tour cost

-6 -11 50% of the total tour cost

- 12 + are considered adults.
